At the fall of the oil empire in the late 21st century, humanity turned to water as its newfound power source. Now several decades later, the seas have all but dried up and the world is a barren desert wasteland where people once again wage war for resources, power and survival.
You are the commander of a Steam powered hover ship. Your mission is to gather as much scrap metal from your fallen enemies as you can to use to build up your nation. You will need to trade your hard fought after scrap metal for the precious water to be able to fuel your ship. Keep one eye on the water gauge and the other out for scrap metal.
Platform:
PC and XBox360, intending to run on XBox Live.
The colony is running on short supply of scrap metal. As a new member to your nation you have been given the riskier jobs. Your commander has given has sent you on a mission to search for more scrap metal to be used in construction yard. You pilot a small-unarmed hover Skiff designed to move fast and carry loads of scrap metal. You must avoid combat at all cost by using stealth and speed. Explore the map to find piles of scrap metal amongst the ruins of the old cities.
Like all hover ships of the time, your Skiff runs on a power system that needs water to work. As your ship moves along your water meter will tick down, when running low the player will need to trade the scrap metal you have found for water to keep going. Once sufficient amount of metal has been mined (eg. 10 loads of scrap metal) for the colony…
a) The player gets an emergency message from the commander saying that the colony is under attack. You fly back to the base and find that a lot of the buildings have been destroyed. The commander has been wounded and leaves you in charge of his ship. You then go off to seek revenge at the enemy base to the north.
b) After collecting all the scrap metal needed the commander gives you the choice of what ship (Hammer / Blade / Sail) you want to have made at the construction yard. Then with your new ship you are sent on a mission to go destroy the enemy base to the north.
When you have defeated the enemy nations base, you receive a communication from the general of your nation, congratulating you on the victory and on your promotion to the new commander. The general has more missions for you…

Destiny is not a matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It's not a thing to be waited for - it is a thing to be achieved.
